The typical Robinson Student is someone who is a leader and is very active in and out of school. Robinson holds an IB program spawning some of the high achievers of the south Tampa community, but the traditional students are not shy from competing with the IB students; because there are just as many smart and high achievers out of the IB program as well. Everyone, for the most part are high standard having and honor students. There are some that don't fit the norms of Robinson but, that's what makes the school distinct. Robinson welcomes diversity with open arms and nurtures that difference all the way to the stage that a high achieving student crosses to end one chapter and start a new. A person who wants to join a family, a challenging environment, and become a vital part of the south Tampa community should choose Robinson.

I attend the IB program at Robinson and can only base my answer off of my experiences in IB. That said, there is no "typical" Robinson High School student. Everyone has their own interests, goals, and attributes which creates a very diverse group of students. If Robinson IB students have anything in common it is that we're all committed to learning, we're driven, and we're serious about our futures. People who fit that discription are the ones that belong in IB.
