Can you tell me how to convert image size measurements from pixels to inches, so that I can estimate how large a picture will be before I print it?

Leaflets are small papers distributed along with other things like brochures, newspapers, magazines etc. These can be printed on different paper quality also, like 130gsm, premium 170gsm paper or premium 300gsm. Leaflets are used for many promotional and advertising activities. Online printing enables various printing options for leaflets. These can be used by various means, such as door to door delivery, promotional printing, magazine leaflets and business leaflets.

Flyers are printed on various paper sizes, like A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, DL etc. The A4 leaflets have got some advantages owing to their size. These have a size of 210 x 297 mm (in both portrait and landscape style). For online printing, the size can be chosen as desired by the client. These give an extra space for packing all the required information to be presented in the leaflet. These are larger than the other leaflets, and are easily visible from a distance. Leaflets of this size are premium leaflets, and are more popular for promotional activities.

Another popular size is the A5 size. These have the size 148 x 210 mm (in both portrait and landscape). These leaflets are half in size than the A4 ones, and are the most popular. Owing to their smaller size, they can easily be slipped inside other papers, like newspapers or magazines, and have very less cost as well. These also carry a lot of information.

One more size that is preferred by buyers is the A6 size. These have size of 105 x 148 mm. these are still smaller than the A5 sized leaflets, and are the cheapest leaflets available. These are great on saving money. These can be printed on high quality glossy paper with full color. These are also available in both portrait as well as landscape print. There are smaller sized leaflets also, which are in size A7. These have the size 74 x 105 mm., these are also useful for cheap leaflet printing services. These are generally for inserting of things inside the packaging for promotional or advertising purposes.

Another popular size is the A8 size. This size has the dimensions 52 x 74 mm. These might appear very small, but these are great on saving costs. These could be the cheapest promotional leaflets. There is one more size option. That is the DL size. Its dimensions are 99 x 210 mm. These can be printed in both landscape as well as portrait size. These have different shape than the other sized leaflets. These offer distinct options for promotional and advertising activities.

That's a great question. I'm sure a lot of people have wondered that. After doing some research online, I found a few image size calculators: one at Auction Repair and another at Pixelyzer. Both of these services are geared towards solving the issue you're describing. Auction Repair, especially is marketed towards people who want a clear picture of image size before printing. I hope that's what you were looking for! Best of luck!
