Student, Pewaukee High School, Class of 2016,
The three extracurricular activities at Pewaukee High School that are the most popular are football, Key Club, and basketball because it seems those are the activities people are the most interested in participating in and watching. The extracurriculars that I would recommend are Key Club, National Honor Society, track, Future Business Leaders of America, and Model UN. In Key Club and National Honor Society you are able to perform acts of service and give back to the community, which is quite rewarding and fulfilling. I greatly enjoyed track and recommend it to others because through it I became friends with people from other schools while also staying in shape and it was a fun activity that anyone can do. Future Business Leaders of America teaches students about real life business situations and I really learned a lot through it; it's a great idea for those who wish to pursue business in the future. Finally, Model UN taught me a lot about the world and how different governments operate. It also opened my eyes to worldwide problems and allowed me to think in different ways and enhance my public speaking skills.
