University of Houston students hold cougar pride by cheering our sports team at every game. A UH student wears his/her red on Fridays. Besides being a prideful cougar, it's important to be welcoming because we are a family and we accept everyone. As a student we encourage our "brothers " and "sisters" to get involved in Greek life, clubs, and other organizations. We also motivate others to volunteer or just simply take action in helping the community by building positive and driven leaders.
