Of our area high schools, I think Pope is the best. It offers a variety of programs both academically and socially. Students are supported no matter where they are in terms of classes and grades. And there's an atmosphere of excellence and striving for the best without going overboard.

Yes, I would recommend attending Pope High School because it is a tightly-knit family that cares for one and another, and it offers a variety of AP courses that one can take with knowledgeable teachers.

I certainly would recommend Pope. While not the most outstanding public school in Georgia academically speaking, the students at Pope can be challenged, work hard, and learn many things in four years. Additionally, the students, while stressed a little (or a lot near finals time!) seem to be less stressed and enjoy life more than those at our biggest schools we compete against academically.

Yes, I would. They have lots of extracurriculars and the student body and faculty are friendly. They offer a wide range of challenging classes, which is very important to me, and they house many testing facilities, such as for the SAT and AP testing.

Yes I would. As someone who has attended two different high schools, I would definitely recommend Pope as the better of the two. I have definitely enjoyed my time at Pope because of the accepting nature of the students and the friendliness of my peers. When I first came to Pope I was worried about being the new kid because I was entering at the beginning of my Junior year, when social groups would typically already be defined. However, I found many new friends who were quick to get me involved in activities and social events that helped me quickly feel accepted.
