my body fat was 26.6% and it is now 18.05% what percentage did I lose? How do you calculate it?

To find the % difference between percents, you will subtract the two numbers and divide by the original number, so in this case: (26.6-18.05) / 26.6. This equals a 32.14% decrease in body fat. Congrats, that is a huge decrease!
