Students that should not attend Valley High School are the ones that don't care about academics and don't have any plans for the future. Our councilors are always on top us checking our credits and our grades and also our teachers always try to help us succeed in what we have to do. To fail a class you really have to be not trying. If people are not ready to be challenged academically then they definitely should not attend.
A WHITE STURDENT.
Students who just don't care about the school and what they are learning should not attend Valley High School. People who will disrupt the learning experience of the students who actually care should not attend school, because they will just bring other people down with them.
If a student wants al large range of options for classes, or for bigger opportunities, Valley high would not be the right school for them. While Valley is a great school, it is very small and there aren't as many options.
The type of student who should not attend Valley High School is someone who just wants to kick back. These types of students give our school a bad name. These students bring down the test scores for our school and make it look bad. Another type of student who want to come here just to play sports. We have had several students come here, thinking that since it's a smaller school, they would be able to make it on to the football team when they weren't able to make the team at their nearby larger school. They could not keep up with the academics and ended up going back to their old school.
