A typical student at Cherokee loves sports and being involved at school. Almost every student is actively involved in some type of extracurricular activity. Everyone desires to further his or her education after high school. Cherokee has fun loving and intriguing students striving for their dreams.

The typical Cherokee student is enthusiastic about learning and their classes. Most of the teachers here at Cherokee really understand the students minds and teach their lessons in ways that interest us which in turn makes us excited to come to class each day and learn. Also, the typical Cherokee student is very much involved in the school and in our community. Not only are the students involved in clubs in the school, but they are also involved in the events that the clubs hold and organize. We are very spirited at Cherokee, so much so that every Friday students wear orange which is one of our school colors. Anyone who is interested in community, family, learning, and getting involved should come join Cherokee and become a Chief.
