CIA class of '92,
Honestly you should not attend unless you receive a full scholarship, otherwise you'll be so pissed off that you'll be in debt for a long time which will sour your attitude. A chef must want to live in a kitchen and realistically you won't make much money until you've worked in one or several very nice restaurants for many years. You must be completely dedicated and prepared to work 60-80 hours a week, late nights if you are a chef and early mornings if you are a baker. All weekends and holidays included( you might get Christmas off). Don't go into it thinking you'll become famous and probably most importantly don't go into it if you want to be married.
