I think that anyone should attend this school. You are able to get an amazing education at a private university for relatively cheap compared to other schools. This university has some of the top programs in the nation. You are able to surround yourself with people who have good morals and standards. The campus is beautiful and the professors are amazing. There is always something to do in Provo. I have grown so much already coming to this school. I have not only learned a lot academically, but also a lot spiritually and a lot about myself. It is a school with a tight knit community that makes you feel welcomed and loved. I would recommend BYU to everyone.

The type of student who should attend BYU-Provo is someone who works hard and has incredibly high moral standards. BYU students pride themselves on being friecely competitive for scholarships, grades, etc. There's an atmosphere of success and BYU pride all over campus, and you can't escape it--you might as well want to join it. Since BYU is a private school owned by the LDS, it expects every student to sign and live by the Honor Code, which describes moral standards which some find annoying; however, these standards actually work to create an atmosphere of cleanliness and respect. Honor Code includes things like avooding drug and alcohol use, wearing modest dress, being clean shaven, refraining from sex until marriage, etc. if you don't want to live by this code, then you shouldn't come to BYU. This code serves to keep the campus and its students comfortable. The type of student who comes to BYU Is one who wants to push themselves spiritually (even if not a member of the church), physically, and mentally. Oh, and they want a great education for a cheap price (LDS students pay less because they pay tithing, but but the church subsidizes the education go all students who attend BYU).

A student who is strong morally, academically and is confident with who he or she is. BYU is a large university and it certainly isn't for everyone but it will provide you with a wonderful quality of education and many opportunities.

Brigham Young University is a school where they ask you to keep a certain standard of conduct as you study there. I think that any student who can commit to honoring a code of conduct that they sign their name to should attend BYU. It will challenge and stretch students academically to become greater thinkers and doers in the professional world. The school motto is "Enter to Learn, Go forth to Serve" and it really is the desire of the University that we will learn skills here while studying and maintaining a high standard, and then go out and put those principles and that knowledge into action to serve others. Any student who is diligent, honest, committed, tenacious, and driven can succeed at Brigham Young University.

You should attend Brigham Young University - Provo if you want a challenge. You should attend if you want to receive an education in a professional, and spiritually uplifting environment. You should also attend if you want to drink a lot of chocolate milk! The people at BYU all abide by the same Honor Code that allows everyone to feel safe and respected. The Marriot School of Management is one of the best in the country and the Accounting program, that I am a part of, is consistently ranked in the top 3 best Accounting programs in the country. BYU is a great school for anyone who wants to reach their true potential spiritually as well as academically and to learn with some of the best and the brightest in the country.
