A typical student at Piedmont is curious. Being a liberal arts college allows us the opportunity to explore other classes out of our major. For example, a business major could take a theatre class to see if it's something they are interested in. Piedmont is also very small so the professors know you by name and always there to help whenever you need them. It's a wonderful a campus and everyone is so nice and welcoming.

Piedmont College is a small school which allows you to engage in lots of social activities. We have about 2,000 students and we practically know everyone. We have all sorts of students but there are really only two main "labels" as many would call them. You have the music and art majors and then the athletes. There really is a strong line between the two groups, but we all hang out together. The students are very open and fun; there's no reason to actually utilize the labels. All students here know how to have fun, but they also know that there is a time where they need to focus a lot on their grades.
