I wish to have my 3 year-old daughter enrolled for next school year. What is the process like? When are applications accepted?

Potential students must first test and based on their scores of their tests, they are then selected for the program. Head starts usually take the highest need students first who have the lowest aptitude and then fill in the rest of the school.

I would verify that this is their process and then request to be notified when your child can be tested.

Head Start is a federally funded program available to income eligible families. Usually Head Start programs accept students on a rolling basis. To apply and to learn more, call Midcities Head Start at (817) 571-2615.

Good luck enrolling and if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
