Norfolk State University is the best university in the world. The professors and counselors that work at NSU are all about the students, they have done norhing but help me in whatever i need help with. For example if i needed to find scholarships and/or needed tutoring they would do whatever they could to help me and im sure would do the same for anyone else. Norfolk State University is a family and when you become a spartan you will feel the love from everyone you come in contact with anything you need they will get. Lastly Norfolk State University is the cheapest university in V.A so it is one oc the ost affordable universities in the U.S.

I think the top three reasons someone should attend Norfolk State University is the campus location and environment is greatly cared for, the students and faculty are friendly and very helpful, and last but not least Norfolk State University makes you feel like your home and second family

If they have a athletic scholarship. Maybe even if they have a band scholarship. Norfolk State really isn't a good school but I have to go there.

Norfolk State University is a Historically Black College/University. The culture is deep at this institution and the teacher to student ratio is smaller compared to other schools. This is helpful because it allows for personal contact with each teacher.

They are many colleges and universities in the state of Virginia that offer the opportunity to for a higher education. Selecting the proper school is the hardest part for most people. Students should take Norfolk State University into consideration because the cost of attendance is reasonable, it is easy to learn networking skills and everyone at Norfolk State is family.

During this time the cost getting a higher education is very expensive; however, Norfolk State University offers the opportunity to better oneself without breaking the bank. Not only is the cost of attendance affordable compared to other universities, they also offer a vast amount scholarships. Norfolk State does its best to give every student financial help. Tuition costs should never be the reason students decide not to go to college.

After gathering funds and arriving on campus, it is important to make the most of the experience. Networking is a skill most learn in college and at Norfolk State it has never been easier. Students are constantly surrounded by adults that only have their best interest at heart and are helping students learn to market themselves in all the best ways. Alumni also play a part in helping students make lasting connections. Alumni are always happy to lend a helping hand to the next generation of students because Norfolk State University was once their home too.

There is no denying the students will miss their families back home, but Norfolk State University will become home to them. The atmosphere at Norfolk State University is so welcoming one can't help but feel at ease. Here everyone knows each other by name and cares deeply for their well-being. It would be hard for anyone to leave behind everything they have grown familiar with, but here at Norfolk State the transition will be just a bit easier because students will always feel cared about.

In conclusion, Virginia is home to countless colleges and universities and choosing between them is stressful but at this school money is not a barrier between the students and their dreams, making friends with people in high places is not as difficult as it may seem, and students become a part of new family .

Someone should attend NSU if they want a great education. I love my professors and they will help you through anything. Although NSU is a University the class sizes aren't that big and the cost isn't that bad compared to other big named Universities.
