The type of student that should not attend Florida State University is one that will not appreciate the hundreds of student-run organizations, the culture of the city, or the amazing professors that sacrifice so much for their students. Why come to a 45,000 student university if you do not want to take advantage of some of the best Study Abroad programs in the South East? A student that is determined to be the best and tackle the most that they can deserves to be here, but the student who does not have any of that on their radar should not even consider paying $20,000 per semester. They might as well go to a technical school that tells them exactly what to write in the workbooks to get an A.

Florida State University is a university that accepts many different individuals from many different places. However, this prestigious university does not accept anyone and everyone. If certain students are not willing to follow the morals and creed of the university in order to become a part of the Seminole family, they should not attend Florida State University.

Students who like the gators or the canes. Basically, kids that do not support the university. I think FSU is the greatest university in the entire country. I am so very proud to wake up and call myself a Seminole.

The only answer I can think of for this, would be student's who do not want to put in the work for a college degree!

Any student who wants small class sizes, at large universities that doesn't happen often. It's a very big school and most of the time you are going to end up in lecture halls, not small classes.

I don't really think anyone should not attend. I have never have any issues there. While it is not a huge university it is a good school and very cost friendly for those that cannot afford expensive schools or just want to spend less on getting their Associates degree and then transfer to another school for their Bachelors.

Students who don't like to be around a lot of people should not attend Florida State University. There is always so much going on, from clubs to events to organizations, so this is not the place for someone seeking a small-town environment.

I think all student should attend FSU; however, some student "types" may be lazy and not serious or may not have the discipline it takes to succeed. I feel all students should take advantage of the opportunity and just need that push or motivation to make it happen.

Well I still believe that all students should attend Florida State. It is an amazing school that is challenging for all and build you up to be the person you want to be. So the type of student that shouldn't attend is a student that doesn't exist. Possibly someone who has no intention of being an actual student.
