Many students arrive as being one of the best in their high school classes. They have rarely been challenged, and as a result, have not had to work hard to achieve success. A student coming to Madison must realize that they cannot just breeze through their classes and expect to do well. They need to learn to put in the work required to learn what is necessary and attain the grades they desire.

Madison could be home for anyone. That is, anyone can fall in love with the school. It has a sizable number of undergrads, but due to the compact campus, it could be as big or small as one would want it to be. Furthermore, world-class professors, traditional and contemporary architecture, and many study hideaways scattered around campus are just a few specific reasons.
