Welcoming, determined, cooperative, and academically driven. Be ready and willing to work hard, but support your classmates while you do so.
Ambitious and focused, but willing to have fun and not take everything seriously. Someone who wants a private school within a vibrant city
A person that wants to attend CALU should be a responsible person who is willing to do right in school but also likes to have fun and meet new people.
Very driven, a hard-worker, someone who is willing to fail at first in order to adjust strategies and eventually succeed
Honestly, there is no one type of Penn student. There are traits that are more or less consistent; hard-working, ridiculously intelligent, very much overachievers, but if one is willing to put in the work to get into as well as remain here, they will certainly find their place. Having the ability to deal with high levels of stress is imperative, however.
Students who attend Penn should be intelligent and hardworking, but should also know how to have fun!
Students come from all ages, locations and walks of life. Something all students share is a desire to learn at an amazing college, and become enriched by the oppertunties afforded to us.
There is so much diversity at Penn, but I'd say all the students are driven, ambitious, eager-to-learn, and friendly. If you have a thirst for knowledge and are willing to work hard, Penn is a great place for you!
Work hard, play hard sums it up: The typical Penn student is incredibly ambitious and also knows how to have a good time. He/she wants to achieve a lot in life while enjoying it at the same time
Because of the generous financial aid programs at the university, Penn students come from a variety of backgrounds and tend to be more grounded than other Ivy League schools.
I would say a typical student at the University of Pennsylvania is hardworking and driven. Each student actively works hard in order to achieve their goals.
