Curriculum

Sacred Heart School builds a solid foundation in academics by addressing the increased need for organization, personal responsibility and study skills. The program is designed to meet the individual needs of our students and prepare them for the challenges they will face as they enter high school. Our students annually place in the top 10 on Paraclete Catholic High School’s 9th Grade Entrance Exam. Sacred Heart School believes in academic excellence. It is our hope that students will take advantage of all the educational opportunities to learn. The subjects taught offer a foundation for a well-balanced education:

Extracurriculars

Music: Children's, Youth, Hand Bells, and Band are available for students to participate in. Athletics: The Sacred Heart Saints belong to the Antelope Valley Christian Athletic League. This league includes Sacred Heart, St. Mary’s, AV Adventist, Grace Lutheran, Pinecrest, AV Christian, Bethel Christian and Westside Christian. Our fall season sports are Cross Country, Soccer and Volleyball, winter season is time for Flag Football and Basketball, and spring season is Softball. Our sports program is for junior high students only except for cross country which is open for 4th through 8th graders with qualifying times. Our cheerleading program is open for junior high girls.
