The typical person at Farmington high school is very curious. A student at my high school is always hungry to learn everything they possibly can. They are very thoughtful of others and make sure that everyone around them is doing the best they can to succeed.

A typical FHS student is entitled, smart, competitive, judgmental, driven, ambitious, loves to have fun, but still work for their grades. They unfortunately cheat a lot. They also are healthy, as a good amount play sports. Basically the typical FHS student is a typical rich suburban teenager. They aren't as bad as I make them out to be. At the end of the day, they can be kind, funny, and motivate you to do your best.
A person who is driven, competitive, and someone who is strong should attend FHS. Essentially, they should be able to fit in with the characteristics described above, in order to prosper.

New Mexico is considered one of the most diverse states within the country. In our public schools a typical student cannot be simply defined because of the fact that we have students with multiple ethnic backgrounds and home situations. In conclusion, Farmington High School is open to anyone that moves within the district.
