Which 3 extracurricular activities at Princess Anne High School are most popular? Which extracurriculars would you recommend?

The three most popular activities are basketball, volleyball, and field hockey. I've always described my school as sports-centric to my friends, for this mindset inevitably marginalizes academic sports such as debate and speech. As debate captain, I can attest that debate and speech are the two activities that contribute the most to one's studies and communication skills. These are a must-do! I would recommend theater too, since there is no better way to express one's creative self than onstage.

Student Cooperative Association (SCA) dominates the extracurricular scene at Princess Anne (PA). As the most spirited school at the beach, the SCA involvement at PA is unrivaled by other schools in the area. They play a critical role in facilitating the ease and acceptance students experience at the school. Sports also are successful at PA. Although football often falls short, other sports such as field hockey and boy's volleyball (my team) have been victorious in recent state championships. A third facet of PA's extracurricular programs is mentoring, or as we call it, "Cavalier Connection." The mentoring program, bonding freshmen and upperclassmen from August until June, is effective. As a mentor for two years, I can vouch for the benefits the program has for incoming students and seniors alike. This, along with other extracurricular activities, unify PA to make it the successful and harmonious school it is.
