Student, Muscatine High School, Class of 2016,
Many popular extracurricular activities at Muscatine High School are sport related. Boys and girls soccer, Track and Field, and boys and girls basketball are the 3 I find to be the most note worthy. If I had to choose between these three though, I would recommend track and field. Unlike the other sport activities, there's not just a single activity. You get the choice to be a sprinter, to do relay, throw, or to do long distance running. An extracurricular activity I would recommend aside from the three sports I previously listed would have to be Upward Bound. Upward Bound is a trio program for students who's family earn low incomes. It helps prepare you for college by providing you with beneficial information on college itself and college life. Upward Bound not only looks good on college transcripts, but may also qualify you for certain scholarships.
