The Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities is the number one high school in Indiana. It is a residential high school for gifted and talented students that are incoming their junior and senior year across the state of Indiana, and is located in Muncie, Indiana on Ball State University's campus. Students who come to this school are severely motivated, intelligent, and independent. We come to this school to better our education, to challenge ourselves by taking college level, dual credit, and BSU classes, and to associate ourselves with peers and classmates who have similar goals in life. A student who should attend the Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities should be able and willing to sacrifice their normal public high school and family lifestyle to better their education.

As individuals from across Indiana, we were pretty diverse. As a whole, though, we were quite intelligent as a base. Most had an interest in "nerdy" past-times, like video games, Dungeons & Dragons, and others. Most had unique talents as well; being able to play an instrument, cook, fix electronics, and what-have-you. We were also easily adaptable, capable of overcoming most obstacles thrown at us.
