If anything, Greenwich High School is known for a competitive and successful student body. The students that attend Greenwich High School are leaders, motivators and communicators in their own right. I believe the type of student that should attend Greenwich High School should be one who is always up for a challenge. I'm surrounded by people who strive to performance their best and exceed expectations and that is shown through their course load and their extracurriculars. Students that plan to go to GHS should be prepared to push themselves both socially and academically in a way they never thought they could before. My class, for example, is 605 students which means I am constantly meeting new people with different backgrounds and interests. It takes going the extra mile to secure friendships and find your place in a school so big. Overall, the type of student who should attend Greenwich High School should be one that is ready to grow and challenge themselves. Amazing things happen at GHS and those opportunities can only be taken by those who truly go out of their way for them.
