The typical Coloma student is a driven, hard-working young adult who wants to succeed in life. Students at Coloma High School are caring and are accepting of other students differences. We are a small school and you know a majority of your peers and it easy to make friends from all grades within the high school. It definitely has the "small-town" feel and it is very easy to feel close to your class and teachers. Students who should consider Coloma High School would have to be okay with the fact that we are not a giant school. If they are looking for a giant school where you don't know fifty percent of the faces that pass you in the hall then this is not the school for you. A perspective student would have to be willing to be outgoing their first couple of days and in return they would make a plethora of friends within that short amount of time. A good candidate student for Coloma would have to have the desire to learn. They do not have to be the smartest student but if they have the desire then the teachers would be able to take them across the finish line.

Coloma High School is very diverse. Our school isn't really divided into clans, which means they're not labeled by what kind of people they hang out with. Coloma is a small high school, and its really for small town people.
