The top 3 reasons to attend BYU-Hawaii are the following: 1. We are an accredited school that offers an excellent education with tuition rates that are lower than the average private school. 2. We have endless opportunities to connect to Asia and other Pacific Islands because of our location. Our school is made up of students from over 70 different countries, so we are exposed to a variety of cultures that we would not have the opportunity to experience on the mainland. 3. We have a campus filled with students who genuinely want to attend school, which makes the learning environment supportive and exciting for everyone. With the size of our school, we are able to have smaller classes, which allows our professors to get to know us and provide individual help much more easily than the average college. This is a wonderful place to come if an individual wants to obtain a college degree, but needs more individualized attention to have success in their studies.

The top three reasons to attend BYU-H is first the spiritual growth involved during the temporal learning of ones future prospective career. Second, the student body is very family oriented, so someone who attends will feel at home. Finally, it's in Hawaii, need I say anything else?

The motto of our school is "Enter to learn, go forth to serve" and the school really pushes you to not only better yourself but also those around you. We also have small class sizes so you get a more personal feel than at bigger schools. The main reason is the amazing people you get to meet from all over the world, we have a very diverse student body.

First reason why someone should attend BYU Hawaii is that its in Hawaii, who doesn't want to live in Hawaii. The tuition is very reasonable especially is you're out of state, like myself. Lastly because you can have a great education in a cultural rich environment.

The top three reasons to attend BYUH are that it's cheap, it has a great community, and the professors really challenge you. The scholarship system is great, and if you get good grades you're eligible for a full tuition scholarship. The community is really close knit and religious, which is nice to have in college when you're away from home. The professors care about your education and they make you push your boundaries.

BYU-Hawaii is a great campus because it has down-to-earth people, a distinguishable business program, and a personal and impactful college experience. The students who attend here come from all paths of life--one quickly realizes the superficiality of social classes and cliques since all students intermingle with each other. BYU-Hawaii is also known for its business program, both domestically and internationally. The school realizes the importance of international business. Lastly, BYU-Hawaii is a college that is intimate and meaningful. The campus is fairly small compared to other universities so teachers are more concerned about the success of each student. Unlike bigger and well-known campuses, BYU-Hawaii truly cares about every student that calls themselves a Seasider. This is what gives BYU-Hawaii the feeling of a "home away from home".

The University is small, you get a lot of one on one time with your teacher. Also, it's so diverse that you learn so much by actual experience compared to just a classroom setting. The cost of attendance is very affordable.

  1. The environment of the university. The aloha culture abounds here. Students and faculty are very friendly. Class sizes are small which permits a closer interaction and assistance from professors.
  2. Multi-cultural student population. If you are interested in learning other languages and working internationally, this university will create a wonderful hands on experience.
  3. The island life. There is much to appreciate about the island of Oahu and there is a lot of free entertainment for college students such as hikes, surfing, swimming and diving.

The first reason is a great spiritual education along with secular learning. Meet people from all over the world in one place. This university is extremely diverse for the small student body. Third reason to attend BYUH is because of the aloha spirit. Most students get a chance to work for the Polynesian Cultural Center as well while studying here which adds to the experience.
