A typical Sanborn Regional High School student is motivated and friendly for the most part. Our school is a tight knit community and everyone is friendly and will say hello in the halls. In general our school is a friendly environment and Sanborn accepts all kinds of people but the person who should attend Sanborn Regional High School should be friendly and should want to be a part of the Sanborn community.

A typical Sanborn Regional High School student should have leadership qualities, have school spirit, and care for their peers. Leadership qualities don't always have to be a verbal leader, you can lead by example and do the right thing. At Sanborn there are many leaders in the school that truly make a difference in our community. Another quality that Sanborn portrays is our school spirit. Although we are considered a small school and would never be on ESPN for our student section at athletic events, we have some of the most dedicated fans. As a smaller school we all support eachother in a way someone in a bigger school would never be able to understand. Being in a smaller school relates to our last quality which is caring for eachother. As a small school we all accept eachother and we have had the chance to meet almost everyone in our school. We can put a name to almost any face we see.

Sanborn students are involved. They always try to participate in class events, such as homecoming or fundraisers that the student council holds.
