NYU has campuses all over the world along with university exchange partners and this is a great way for NYU students to study abroad. The university hosts info sessions and has counselors available to help you understand your options. First of all, awesome!! There’s tons of different study abroad locations to choose from all over the world, an opportunity that lots of students go to. My advice would be to go to an info session for the specific site or sites your looking to study at. This will be beneficial in so many ways; first of all, it’ll give you a better idea of what it will be like to study and live in that area. Even more importantly, you can make sure that that location has courses for your major—or at least can fulfill some general ed requirements. Furthermore, you can meet some of the people who are in charge of that study abroad site as well as some fellow peers who are interested in going!
