My guess is that the work load at Southwestern Oklahoma State University will vary according to each professor's teaching style and the level of course you take.
For a general break down of credit requirements you may want to check out the registrar's page. In order to graduate you will be required to complete 120 semester hours (credits) and 40 of those credits must be at the senior college level (3000-4000 level courses).
To get a better picture of the quantity and difficulty of the work assigned in each class, you may want to write a question to the admissions department, or call the school and see if they can either put you in touch with a few professors, or if they have a sense of the average work load.
