DCHS students are hands down some of the most well rounded kids in Georgia. Our school offers many rigorous classes, programs, and co-curricular clubs, so any student who is hardworking and willing to be challenged should attend our school. However, if athletics or music are your passion then there is definitely a place here for you too as we have band, chorus, guitar club, and just about every high school sport. If art is more of your forte we even offer IB Art, art club, film, photography, and many more opportunities for our creative minds to shine. A typical DCHS student, no matter his or her talent, is involved in at least once sport and club so time management is definitely a priority. In a DC student's mind there is no time for procrastination and having a balanced life (both academic and social) is the way we choose to live.
