Student, Sherman Indian High School, Class of 2016,
Three extracurricular activities that are the most popular at Sherman Indian High School would be sports such as Basketball, Basketball is a big thing on campus. Students who love playing basketball always go to the gym with there friends. Another is Tech-Temple, students go here if they want to relax and do something creative and fun. Tech-Temple provides computers, snacks, and coloring books if we like to color or just communicate and hang out with friends. Lastly, My favorite is Clarke Cultural Center. Clarke Cultural Center is a peaceful place to be with friends or just yourself. It's a spiritual, calm, and friendly environment. Students go here to watch native american movies, build a drum,do beadwork, and read about there culture. I would recommend Clarke Cultural Center because it's a wonderful place to interact with our peers and learn about our traditions. Clarke Center is the first and only place to learn about our native american cultures, other native american boarding schools in the United States don't have this unique facility.
