We here at Pulaski County have our own motto of being 3rt. What is its meaning? Being 3rt is very important to us students; respectful, responsible, ready to learn, and a team player. Yes, like all schools, we have children that would rather act up and not participate in 3rt. We as a school try to keep our grades up, and make benchmarks. As for me, I did not make my benchmarks on the ACT the first time as a junior. So, that means I'm in college readiness classes to prepare me to retake it in September as a senior. I have been practicing everyday during two of my classes to get me ready. I, along with many other seniors are in college readiness class to help get ready for when they decide to re-take the ACT. Also, soon the Compass test is coming up for many classmates. Now, if you are hardworking, trying to take classes to get you on track to being College and/or Career Ready, Pulaski County High School is the place that you should join.

The typical student at PC is middle class, smart and successful, and willing to apply themselves. Almost every student is involved in a club or sport and makes an effort to succeed educationally. We all have a sense of school pride and work as a family to see everyone doing well. Cliques aren't an issue, almost everyone is friendly to each other.
