People come from across the county to attend CCM and, for this reason, there is no "typical" student. There are nurses, historians, artists, even parents and grandparents in any given class getting a great educational experience at the college.

Going to CCM allows students who aren't sure of what they want to do for their major or who don't have the means to pay for a four year school to get an education. A lot of the time students are there to try to save money and figure out what they want to do. Some students are a little lax but most work hard.

Their are a variety of students that attend County College of all ages and races. The best way i can describe a typical student is that they are just another person looking to achieve an education. There are so many different types of "typical" students with their own unique students. It ranges from the typical young student fresh out of high school all the way to the senior trying to jump back in their education that, for many reasons, could not finish it years ago. Even though there is a variety of students, there is still only one goal and that is to achieve an education.
