I have moved around often do to my parents being split. I have attended many different schools begging when I was young. I have experienced "big", "medium", and "small" schools throughout my life. Eventually I became enrolled in Milford High School. Milford High is definitely a "small" school. It does not offer as many programs, obviously, as other schools might. If you want your kids to be apart of some fantastic choir group or amazing athlete with the best coaches Milford probably shouldn't be your first choice. However, if you want your child to be accepted and feel safe and to have a sense of belonging and to have teachers and other students truly care about them, even for only a year, Milford is the place. When any student falls upon hard times or is struggling, the school staff, students and even the whole community will rise up and help in any way that they can. They genuinely care about each student individually. Each student is someone important in the school. If you are a student looking for acceptance and sense of belonging than Milford High School is the place you should go.
