Would you recommend attending Flushing High School if you had the choice? Why or why not?

I would recommend attending Flushing. Its a fairly large school but its gigantic. My class has 309 kids in it. In total, the school roughly has 1,200 students. But the one thing I love most is the staff. All the teachers are very flexible. They will let you go into their room after school to work on homework even if you don't have any questions. And the office staff is very courteous and always very nice to the students.

Yes and no. I would recommend attending Flushing High School because most of the teachers care about you and want you to succeed, and there are many AP courses. But i would also not recommend Flushing High School because some kids start fights, roam the halls, and distract others, they do not have a swim team which is a bummer, and some teachers cannot teach.

No because there is a lot of negative influence and unprofessionalism. Students are very disrespectful to the teachers, but some deserve it. The people who work in the office are very rude and act like they have the hardest job in the world. There is also a lack of planning in the way the school schedule is set up for special occasions like junior testing and early release days. My older brothers and 2 older sisters went here before me and I also have a little brother. He will not be going here and I will be the last student in our family to be enrolled at Flushing.
