I do and do not recommend attending Mark Keppel High School. I do recommend attending Mark Keppel High School because we love to focus on our studies and have great opportunities, but at the same time I do not recommend attending Mark Keppel High School because some of our buildings are worn, and we don't really have a lot of funding.

I would recommend attending this school because it offers a variety of academic and elective classes that involve students across the campus.

I think this a hard question for me because Mark Keppel High School is the best high school in the Alhambra Unified District because of it's education programs. And although I agree that the education is good, I do not think I would attend Mark Keppel High School if I had the chance. Already being a student there, it doesn't really send me the vibes that I've been dreaming about since I was a kid. It doesn't really feel like home to me. And although the staff does an outstanding job at keeping up the rules, I think the rules and their consequences are a little too harsh. School should be a place where I should be excited about learning. It shouldn't be the place I dread to come to everyday. And unfortunately, that's what Mark Keppel High School is, a place I have to drag myself out of bed to go to for eight hours.

I recommend going to Mark Keppel if I had a choice, because theres alot if competition in everything I do. Although sports is the definition of competition, academics is one of its characteristics, since everyone is competing with each other to get into better colleges.

I would recommend it over other school, however I would not chose to come here myself. Keppel is very STEM based, meaning a large portion of the demographic is quiet and focused on math, science and academic subjects. The students are relatively well behaved and the teachers are strict on the students. Grades are a high priority to the point of tears and suicidal thoughts. I would prefer to go to a school that was more balanced. I definitely learned a lot here, and worked very hard, but I wish I had a chance to have more fun during my high school years.
