The type of student who should not attend Capital High is one who doesn't participate in school at all. This includes teens who don't do their homework and don't get involved, but they are still present at Capital High and change throughout the years. All students can go to Capital high because they accept everyone and the teachers go above and beyond when trying to boost student moral and grades. I guess there isn't a type of student who should go to Capital Highschool.
