There are five campuses throughout the Charlotte area. There are financial aid packages available. There are many programs and certificates available here at Central Piedmont.

The top 3 reasons someone should attend Central Piedmont Community College is that the college is great for figuring out what you want to do in life,they will help you get there, and work with you so you won't fail out. I personally feel like I have learned a lot about myself since I went to CPCC. I learned that starting off with a smaller college will help you grow and make it a little easier for when you go off to your 4 year university. I have the skills and know what classes I will have to take and prepare for when I transfer to UNCC.

At first i was unsure whether to attend CPCC, but as time went, i soon realized that it was the best option for me for my first year with trying to collect enough money but also transitioning from high school to college. Also, if one is thinking of going into the workforce but at the same time continuing ones education, such as myself, then it is the best option. It could also be the reason to be close to ones family due to struggle, coming from my perspective.

1) The class size is typically small, and it is easy to get in touch with the instructors who are always willing to talk to you and address any question or concern you may have. They know you by name and you aren't just another number or a face in the crowd. 2) As I mentioned before, the diversity is amazing. It's interesting to hear about where your classmates have come from and where they are going. Everyone is unique and everyone has a story. 3) There is so much opportunity. For volunteer work, internships, scholarships, getting involved with the community, all the clubs and societies. The halls are covered with all the information you could need.

Someone should attend CPCC because the school makes sure you are comfortable, is always there when you need someone to talk to and there is always someone to tutor you in any subject you need help in.

The number one reason would be that it is a decent price for such a good education. Also, going along with that, the education here is amazing; it is one of the top community colleges in the nation. Finally, they try and do a lot with the community and try to get you involved. There are so many opportunities here. From helping you get an internship to doing blood drives, they have movie days and once and a while will hold a small concert with free drinks and food. Most of the events they hold, in fact, have free drinks and food!
