Three extracurricular activities at Sherman Oaks that are most popular are: Bottles for Goods, Leadership, and Save the Beach. All three of these activities not only beautify our campus, but our whole city. My school does a great job in being involved with the community and help clean our neighborhoods. I would recommend French Club (because I am the president) and other language clubs because it's almost like a taste of a new culture right at home. It's very easy-going and we like to discuss French themes as well as learn new French words (with the help of our wonderful sponsor and French teacher).

The three most popular extracurricular activities at Sherman Oaks Center for Enriched Studies would be theater, leadership, and band. My biggest recommendation would go to the drama department. They are an extremely organized and thorough department at our school. However, the robotics extracurricular is an extremely well organized department as well. Last year they even won first place nationally.

Sports has become very popular at SOCES. I am a varsity cheerleader and love it. After football season the foot ball players joined cheer squad. What a blast. They could barely keep up with our conditioning.. The drama and music department are also very popular here.
