Describe the type of student who should not attend San Joaquin Delta College and explain why.

Given that San Joaquin Delta College is a small campus mainly for low income families, student that do not take higher education seriously should not attend here or any college for that matter. Classes are hard to get into to begin with and this school does not need people to take the places of students that want to be successful in life.

I don't believe that there is any student that should not attend Delta College. I have never encountered a student that could not be helped by attending a community college before a four year institution.
