Pensacola State College is very diverse. It encompasses people straight out of High School who did not get good enough grades, and are going to use Pensacola State to get their grades up and have more opportunities. It also has a lot of students who are non-traditional, and either never went to college are want to get a better education. Also, Pensacola State is so affordable it attracts High School students who want to complete their first two years at an affordable college before going to a higher University.

I have no idea what students were like in high school; some were active with sports, some took college courses, and some probably didn't do much academically or physically. Pensacola State has a variety of associates degrees for half the price of the University located on the other side of town. This school is for students who want to save money while still getting the same two year degree as anyone else who is attending a university. It's for students who want to keep the money they earn after graduation instead of paying for monster student loans.

The typical person who should attend PSC is someone who wants to save money on their prerequisite freshman and sophomore courses. PSC is also good for students who haven't made up their mind about what they want to study.
