Student, Baldwin Senior High School, Class of 2016,
Three extracurricular activities at Baldwin Senior High school that are most popular would be our Sports Night which are for girls but boys can join as well. Sports Night consists of routines with dancing, singing and stunting between the blue team and gold team. Both teams compete against each other in a series of games and earn points. Intramural Night is a night where all the girls in grades 9-12 compete against each class and earn points in stunts, dance and aerobics routines. Sports Night and Intramural Night were established when girls were not allowed to play sports. Another extracurricular activity is our volleyball tournament between two teams that made it through a series of rounds and successfully winning each game during gym periods. The two teams that are left standing compete against each other after school and the whole school watches. I highly recommend these three extracurricular activities because they help students create bonds, take on leadership, learn how to work with others, have good integrity and mostly have fun.
