Any person could attend the University of Texas at Austin. The students I see around campus are really diverse in culture, race, and personality. There isn't a set type of student I notice around campus, which makes meeting new people really fun!

The people who are best suited for the University of Texas as those that are self driven and want to work side by side with professors on projects. No matter what major you will have the opportunity to work with professors on research projects, and will have professors with real field experience. However, all of these opportunities can be passed up if the student isn't motivated to seek them out.
