Student, Denair High School, Class of 2016,
The three most popular extracurriculars at Denair High School would be the FFA program, the sports programs, and the drama club. Personally, I would recommend all programs because they all have so many great opportunities and each student is given a chance to participate if they so choose. Over two thirds of Denair High School is enrolled in the FFA program which is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to pursue any form of agriculture. Most students at Denair also play at least one sport or participate in cheerleading. This is highly recommended for all students who want to be part of a team and have fun playing a sport at the same time. The drama club is also open to all students and is highly recommended for anyone who wishes to be a part of a production whether it is by performing or helping out backstage. Other extracurriculars I would recommend is the Coyote Band which is a concert, marching, and pep band all rolled into one, leadership where students help to make this school an inviting place, yearbook where students creativity thrives, and journalism where they not only make a newspaper each month, but they also create entertaining weekly newscasts which are shown to the entire school.
